Refund policy

Wall Panel Pros has a 30 day return policy; customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Please contact us to initiate the return and request an RMA and a quote for a discounted return label(s). Please remember to pack your panels back up securely with the padded sides against each other, with the mounts facing outwards (touching the cardboard).

 

*Custom sized panels are not returnable.

In the event a product arrives incorrect, damaged or incomplete, please call us immediately at 918.537.1776 (do not refuse the package with the carrier). We strive for memorable 5 star customer service and will resolve any issue given the chance!
